Der 2018er Grande Cuvée Blanc de Blancs aus dem Hause Keller nimmt einen sofort für sich ein. Saftige Fruchtaromen von Apfel, Birne, Quitte und Weinbergs Pfirsich vereinen sich mit Gebäck, Safran, Brioche und Haselnussnoten. Feine Anklänge von Algen und Muschelschalen sind ebenfalls mit von der Partie. Ein überaus ausdrucksvoller, mineralischer Auftakt.

Auf der Zunge angelangt erfreut man sich an der belebenden Pérlage, die wunderbar in die saftige Frucht und seine würzige Struktur eingebunden ist.
