Destillerie/Abfüller: Das Familienunternehmen Jean-Luc Pasquet, gegründet 1970, bewirtschaftet 14 Hektar Weinberge in der Grande und Petite Champagne. Seit 1995 wird das Weingut nach biologischen Methoden geführt, wobei die Trauben direkt gepresst und der Most mit natürlichen Hefen vergoren wird. Die doppelte Destillation erfolgt in einem traditionellen 20-Hektoliter-Alambic, und die Reifung des Cognacs erfolgt in Eichenfässern aus Limousin.
