Das Weingut selbst ist Demeter-zertifiziert. Die Gärung und der Ausbau finden ohne Zusatz von Hefen in 228 und 400 Liter Holzfässern statt. Der Wein bleibt für acht bis zehn Monate im Fass und durchläuft eine malolaktische Gärung. Ein Abstich erfolgt nach Bedarf und der Wein wird unfiltriert und ohne Dosage abgefüllt. Die jährliche Produktion liegt bei 10.000 bis 15.000 Flaschen.

Love this for our dog
