Null-Spalt-Tischeinsatz für die stationäre Tischkreissäge PCS

Für präzise und ausrissfreie Schnitte wurde dieser Null-Spalt-Tischeinsatz speziell für die Sawstop Tischkreissäge entwickelt. Die geschlossene Oberfläche ermöglicht eine exakte Anpassung zwischen Tischeinsatz und Sägeblatt – abhängig von Sägeblatttyp und Schnittbreite.

Anwendung

  1. Sägeblatt absenken
  2. Null-Spalt-Tischeinsatz einsetzen
  3. Einsatz nivellieren und verriegeln
  4. Laufendes Sägeblatt langsam nach oben fahren

Das Sägeblatt schneidet sich so präzise durch den Einsatz und erzeugt eine passgenaue Fuge. Das Werkstück wird optimal unterstützt und Ausrisse werden effektiv reduziert.
