In lssiger Stimmung werden wir gemeinsam die Grundlagen des Mountainbikens spielerisch erlernen. Du hast schon erste Erfahrungen? Dann kannst du trotzdem den Basic Kurs erneut besuchen oder direkt in den Level 1+ Intermediate Kurs wechseln.

Der Basic Kurs ist der perfekte Einstieg ins Trail orientierte Mountainbiken. Egal, ob du noch nie ein Mountainbike aus der Nähe gesehen hast oder einfach die Basics wiederholen willst, hier bist du genau richtig. In lässiger Stimmung werden wir gemeinsam die Grundlagen des Mountainbikens spielerisch erlernen. Du hast schon erste Erfahrungen? Dann kannst du trotzdem den Basic Kurs erneut besuchen oder direkt in den Level 1+ Intermediate Kurs wechseln. Durch die verschiedenen Variationen der Übungen ist auch im Basic Kurs für jeden die eine oder andere Challenge dabei!

  • Bike-Check
  • Koordination auf dem Bike
  • Gleichgewicht auf dem Bike
  • Grundposition & Gewichtsverlagerung
  • Schalten und Anfahren am Berg
  • Sicheres Bremsen
  • Einstieg in die Kurventechnik
  • Grundlagen im Gelände
  • Grundlagen zum Überfahren von Wurzeln und Hindernissen
  • Sicherer Abstieg auf dem Trail

Die Inhalte der Kurse können je nach Gruppendynamik, Wünschen und Trainer etwas abweichen.

Das Wichtigste für uns ist, dir den Spaß am Mountainbiken und Trainieren zu vermitteln und dich so auch langfristig weiter zu bringen! Daher wird bei uns die individuelle Abstimmung der Kurse auf alle einzelnen Kursteilnehmer großgeschrieben. Denn nur so schaffen wir es, dass am Ende eines jeden Kurses das Grinsen breit ist, sich die ein oder anderen neuen Freundschaften geschlossen haben und du dich wieder mal ein Stück besser fühlst!

Übung macht den Meister, das ist nicht nur unser Motto, sondern auch die Grundlage der Trainingskonzepte. Daher werden die meisten Techniken auch mehr spielerisch erarbeitet, als im Vortrag durchgekaut. Somit kommst du zu mehr Fahrzeit und Übung und wir können dir besser helfen, deine Ziele zu erreichen.

Good pillow that becomes warm faster than competitors

I have bought several cooling gel pillows and am quite happy with this one with one caveat, that it doesn't retain coolness as long as other cooling pillows like my sealy that fell apart. Now, a cooling pillow will never retain coolness indefinitely, neither will a normal pillow, but this one tends to become just a normal gel warmth about 30 minutes before my old Sealy so I can't give it a full recommendation. It does however seem to be a nice pillow otherwise with a nice supportive firmness and provides a nice sleeping experience as a pillow, and when it's cool it's quite cool. It holds up the coolness for about an hour while sleeping in a case normally and maybe close to two hours when I have the AC on.
