Anwendung und Dosierung Zum Ansetzen der Anwendungslösung nutzen Sie beiliegenden Dosierlöffel / Dosierbecher. Die erforderliche Menge an Pulver in Wasser (<30°C) einstreuen und während der ersten 15 Minuten mehrmals umrühren. Der aktive Wirkstoff Peressigsäure bildet sich bei Erstellung der Anwendungslösung. Instrumente eintauchen und sicherstellen dass alle Oberflächen benetzt sind. Instrumente unter Berücksichtigung der Herstelleranweisung reinigen, einschließlich Mechanik (z.B.: bürsten, wischen) bis visuell sauber. Nach vorgeschriebener Einwirkzeit die Instrumente der Lösung entnehmen und gründlich mit Wasser von mindestens Trinkwasserqualität abspülen. Anschließend Außenflächen und Hohlräume (z.b. bei Endoskopen), trocknen. Für die Abschlussdesinfektion ist eine neue Instrumentenwanne mit frischer Anwendungslösung erforderlich. Die Restwirksamkeit der Lösung, z.B. bei erhöhter Temperatur, kann mit Sekusept aktiv Teststreifen überprüft werden. Nicht geeignet für Instrumente aus Messing oder Kupfer oder für mechanisch vorgeschädigte verchromte oder vernickelte Instrumente. Die Anwendungslösung ist täglich frisch anzusetzen. Bei visueller Kontamination ist die Anwendungslösung zeitnah zu erneuern. Leichte Farbschwankungen des Pulvers sind möglich, stellen keinen Qualitäts- / Leistungsverlust dar.
