Nach der Fermentation werden diese Bltter in heisse Eisenpfannen gelegt und kurze Zeit gerstet, anschliessend wird der Tee ber harzreichen Pinienhlzern geruchert. Der Lapsang Souchong ist im Geschmack rauchig wrzig, das Blatt schwarz grulich, mit einer scharfen Rauchnote.
Für den Lapsang Souchong Shaowu Schwarztee werden nicht die jüngsten Triebe genommen, sondern die Souchong-Blätter: reifere, grössere Blätter aus den unteren Regionen der Teebüsche. Nach der Fermentation werden diese Blätter in heisse Eisenpfannen gelegt und kurze Zeit geröstet, anschliessend wird der Tee über harzreichen Pinienhölzern geräuchert. Very nice little box.
This is a great little jewelry box. I don’t have tons of jewelry right now, so this fits everything well, and the leather-look material is very nice.
