I've tried everything for severe cramps and dehydration. Years of suffering with no sleep due to severe cramps. Good rehydration
Flavor Name: Original Variety
This product took some getting used to. Initially all the rehydrating drinks tasted very salty, but found I really needed something after being admitted to the hospital for dehydration. Hydration is something elderly people find difficult. After some adjustment I drink these everyday. So far this has been successful. I do find them to be pricey though.
