Durch eine sehr schonende Weiterverarbeitung der Trauben gewinnen wir einen wunderbaren sauberen Most. Der wird dann in neue & gebrauchte Barriquefsser sowie in Betoneier gefllt. Dieser Most bekommt dann viel Zeit, grt zum Groteil spontan und das bei hheren Grtemperaturen. Weiters geben

Durch eine sehr schonende Weiterverarbeitung der Trauben gewinnen wir einen wunderbaren sauberen Most. Der wird dann in neue & gebrauchte Barriquefässer sowie in Betoneier gefüllt. Dieser Most bekommt dann viel Zeit, gärt zum Großteil spontan und das bei höheren Gärtemperaturen. Weiters geben wir dem Most ca. 10% ganze Beeren hinzu um eine Vielschichtigkeit im Wein zu erzeugen. Der Wein bleibt dann bis Mai auf der Vollhefe liegen und wird alle 2 Wochen aufgerührt. Somit entsteht ein sehr vollmundiger, kräftiger Weißwein mit einer wunderschönen, sortentypischen Frucht in der Nase.Food Pairing (Speiseempfehlung): würzige Küche, asiatisch, Fischgerichte

Great for patch hat pressing, no discoloring or marking during transfer

A Must-Have Staple for all My Sublimation projects!

This heat tape is an absolute essential in my workspace! I use it daily for sublimation projects and it never disappoints. It holds transfers securely in place during pressing without leaving any sticky residue behind.
