Als Basis für den SIP Varioabdeckung dienen originale PIAGGIO Varioabdeckungen. Diese werden in einem aufwendigen Verfahren hochwertig pulverbeschichtet. Dabei ist die Oberfläche sehr widerstandsfähig und bis ca. 180°C temperaturbeständig. Die Schrauben zur Befestigung der Varioabdeckung sollten mit 11-13 Nm angezogen werden.

Die Varioabdeckung wird inkl. Lager geliefert, das Luftleitblech an der Innenseite sowie der Luftfilter und die Gummipuffer für die Abdeckung müssen vom alten Deckel übernommen werden.

Zur De- und Montage der SIP Style Varioabdeckung wird das Haltewerkzeug Kupplung benötigt.

HINWEIS: Auf der Oberfläche des Schauglas-Kranzes (Variodeckel) kann es herstellungsbedingt zu ganz leichten Schattierungen/kaum wahrnehmbare Kratzern kommen, dies stellt keinen Mangel dar.
