Dank seiner großen Vielseitigkeit hat das Tenugui einen festen Platz im Alltag der Japaner gefunden. In der Küche wird es zum Abtrocken der Hände oder des Geschirrs verwendet. Im Freien gebrauchen Japaner das Tenugui zum Abwischen von Schweiß auf der Stirn, zum Transport von Gegenständen oder als Accessoire für die Kleidung. Zu Hause können Sie dieses Tenugui als Serviette oder Dekorationselement einsetzen. Das Kanoko-Muster ist ein traditionelles japanisches Muster und von den Flecken auf dem Rücken von Rehkitzen inspiriert.

Hinweis: Ein Tenugui ist ein Stoffstreifen aus feiner Baumwolle, der in der Regel 35 mal 90 cm misst. Er hat keine Falten und keinen Saum, damit er schnell trocknen kann. Wenn die Ränder Ihres Tenugui ausfransen, schneiden Sie die überstehenden Fäden mit einer Schere ab.
