Grenache Blanc, Clairette und Roussanne, mit der Handschrift der Familie Avril vinifiziert. Weißer Châteauneuf macht nur einen Bruchteil der Produktion aus und ist bei Kennern heiß begehrt.

Tiefes Strohgelb. In der Nase weißer Pfirsich, Akazie, Honig, ein Hauch Kräuter und Feuerstein. Am Gaumen voluminös und cremig, mit einer tragenden Säure und einem langen, mineralischen Finish. Very moisturizing yet very light. I love the smell of cucumber, too. And the best feature is that it's organic, so you can safely use it on a daily basis. While I love the product, I do not like the way they ship it. When I received my COOLA, the box was smashed. But I did not imagine that it damaged the tube as well. You can kind of see them on the photo, but it created sharp-edged creases, from where it often starts leaking. I did not want to take a chance, so I contacted the seller, and they sent me a replacement. But the replacement box was also smashed, although the tube itself was not damaged this time. If you want to buy products as gifts, you can never buy them from this seller. COOLA itself is fantastic, so I wanted to give a 5 star, but the way they carelessly ship is unacceptable, which would have resulted in 2 stars, but they promptly replaced it, so I'd give 3.5, but for lack of 0.5 increment, I gave it 4 stars.
