If you’re looking for something fluffy and lightweight I wouldn’t suggest this pillow but if you’re looking for something you can use for say menstrual cramps or a bad back and simply just to have between your legs than this is the pillow you want. I recommend it to anyone who doesn’t mind a little weight while making your bed. I give it 8:10.
