Die H.M.S. Fly wurde ca.1776 erbaut und war eine Schiff-getakelte Sloop der Swan Class.

Dieser Bausatz besticht, wie die Amati-Bausätze nicht nur durch die hervorragend gemachte sehr ausführliche italienisch/englische Bauanleitung die zusammen mit einem insgesamt 12 Blätter umfassenden Plansatz, der alle Details ausführlich zeigt. Die deutsche Übersetzung der Anleitung ist derzeit leider noch nicht verfügbar.

Alle Holzteile sind mit Laser geschnitten und von sehr hoher Passgenauigkeit, so dass beim Bau keine Passprobleme aufkommen. Die Unterbeplankung besteht aus Lindenleisten, die Oberbeplankung aus hochwertigstem Nussbaum, das Deck wird mit Tanganikaleisten beplankt. Ebenso wurde für kleiner Holzteile Nussbaumsperrholz und Nussbaum-Vollholz verwendet, das exakt mit Laser ausgeschnitten wurde.
Alle Beschlagteile sind ebenfalls im Bausatz enthalten wobei die sehr sorgfältig geätzten scharfkantigen Messingverzierungen und sehr detailierte Weißmetallgußteile besonders hervorzuheben sind.
