Der weiße Balsam-Weinessig wird aus vollfruchtigem Grünen Veltliner vergoren und ohne vorherige Fasslagerung in Flaschen gefüllt. Dieser Balsam-Essig ist daher hell in der Farbe und verleiht zarten und hellen Speisen eine feine Würze, ohne sie dabei im Aussehen zu beeinträchtigen. Der reintönige Duft und Geschmack des Weißen Balsam adelt Gerichte mit seiner eleganten Säure und einem Hauch fruchtiger Süße. Er eignet sich ideal zum Abschmecken von hellen Soßen für Geflügel, Fisch oder Krustentiere und auch für die Zubereitung von würzigen Dressings für Salate mit Spargel, Kohlrabi, Rettich oder Sprossen. Mit dem weißen Balsam-Essig lassen ebenso asiatische Speisen vollenden. Der Essig wurde nicht filtriert und ohne Stabilisatoren abgefüllt. Dadurch wird er mit der Zeit dunkler. Auf den Geschmack und die Qualität hat das aber keinerlei Einfluss.
