Helps with storage as i rotate my clothes and blankets. It looks great in my room, soft and high quality. And it's easy to wash and clean HOWEVER with the foam, i would recommend a mesh bag so when you have to wash it, you don't get foam everywhere.

I did not use a fabric softener or a fabric sheet. I air dried it completely and then put it in my dryer on air fluff for 10 minutes. No shedding and it came out just like I received it. I was concerned about shedding with some of the reviews but I had no issues with that whatsoever. It's warm yet lightweight. I didn't want anything that would make me overly hot because I'm always hot anyway. It takes that cool edge off when you still want your overhead fan on. My daughter said she likes it better than the one she has. I can't remember the brand. I feel it has a good quality. Just make note to wash it as instructed and it'll hold up well and look just as nice as the way you bought it. I'm not sure how the other reviewers that didn't leave 5 stars washed there's, but it couldn't have been the correct way.
