Dieser Ballenroller besitzt extra eine Bügelkonstruktion für den Transport von Rollen, Ballen oder ähnlichem. Der KF 8 aus geschweißtem Winkelstahlblech verfügt neben Naben mit Rillenkugellagern auch über vier Lenkrollen mit TPE-Bereifung. Zwei der Rollen sind mit Feststellbremsen ausgestattet.
