Tread — Selection
Polyurethane MDI — High-quality MDI polyurethane, abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, and with good damping properties. Economical choice for medium to high loads. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.
Vulkollan® — Premium elastomer from Covestro, highest load capacity with elastic running, extremely abrasion-resistant, durable under continuous load. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.
Core Material: Stainless Steel 1.4301 (V2A)
Corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A). For moist environments, cleanrooms, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, and outdoor use without additional coating.
Typical Applications
Driven axles in food production, pharmaceutical and cleanroom logistics, AGV/FTS drives in moist or cleanroom-compatible environments, stainless steel gantry cranes.
