Yoga & Brunch in der Rösterei

Starte entspannt in den Samstag: Bei unserem Yoga & Brunch verbinden wir eine wohltuende Yoga-Session mit einem gemütlichen Frühstück in unserer Rösterei.

Die 50-minütige Hatha Yogaeinheit ist sowohl für Einsteige als auch für Geübte geeignet. Im Anschluss lassen wir den Morgen gemeinsam bei einem liebevoll vorbereiteten Brunch ausklingen.Du hast dabei die wähl zwischen einem veganem und einem nicht veganem Brunch.

  • Geführte Yoga-Session
  • Yogamatten stehen vor Ort für dich bereit
  • Anschließender Brunch in der Rösterei mit:
    • Vitaminshot
    • Heißgetränk nach Wahl
    • Infused Water
    • Cremiger Kokos-Milchreis mit Mango
    • süßes Gebäckstück
    • Der Brunch ist grundsätzlich vegetarisch. Du wünscht dir einen veganen Brunch oder hast Allergien? Dann schreib uns einfach einen kurzen Hinweis im Check-Out.

  • Bequeme Kleidung für die Yogastunde
  • Gute Laune und etwas Zeit zum Genießen

Für wen ist der Kurs geeignet? Der Kurs ist perfekt für Einsteiger, sowie erfahrene Yogis geeignet. 

Wo findet der Kurs statt? Der Kurs findet bei uns in der Rösterei statt. Die Adresse ist: Hauptstraße 55, 97729 Ramsthal. Bitte sei rechtzeitig zu dem Termin da, damit wir pünktlich starten können.

Du kannst nicht teilnehmen? Kein Problem! Bitte beachte jedoch, dass der Kurs ab 48h vor Beginn leider nicht mehr stornierbar ist. Du hast aber die Möglichkeit, deinen Platz an eine andere Person weiterzugeben.
