Unser Atem begleitet uns vom ersten Tag unseres Lebens, bis zu unserem letzten. Er ist der Motor, der uns am Leben hält und dennoch schenken wir ihm in unserem oft stressigen Alltag zu wenig Beachtung.
Durch Breathwork haben wir die Möglichkeit uns in einer nie dagewesenen Tiefe mit unserer Seele zu verbinden, uns im Kern zu begegnen und alte, blockierende Emotionen loszulassen.
Wir laden dich ein auf eine Reise zu dir selbst für ein Leben in Verbundenheit, Fülle und Freiheit.
Für wen ist die Teilnahme NICHTgeeignet:

  • Schwangerschaft ab Empfängnis bis Entbindung

  • Schwere Symptome psychischer Krankheiten

  • Epilepsie / Schizophrenie / Paranoia / Psychose

  • Herzschrittmacher / Herzprobleme

  • Gefässkrankheiten (Thrombose, Hirnschlag etc.)


Melanie und ich möchten gerne einen Raum für Frauen öffnen, indem Verbindung und
Herzöffnung im Vordergrund stehen. Einen Raum, in dem die Teilnehmerinnen lernen sich wieder voll und ganz mit sich selbst und ihrer Innenwelt zu verbinden. In einem emotional Release Prozess dürfen dabei alter Ballast und Blockaden abfallen und losgelassen werden. Es darf gefühlt werden, was vielleicht lange nicht gefühlt werden wollte/durfte/konnte.

This large canvas tote bag is suitable for various outings. The versatility of being able to carry it as a tote bag, a handbag or as a crossbody bag is fantastic. The fabric is thick and sturdy, and inside it features a liner with three pockets, one of which is zippered. The decorative straps are a nice design accent. I think a touch of style. The tote bag can also be zip closed, perfect for keeping my stuff organized and secured. While the bag does have a bit of weight due to the thick fabric, I actually see this as a positive – it feels built to last and can handle whatever I throw in it.

The crossbody clamps continuously come off or disattach from the bag. It does not hold a form when set down. Handles are in the way of zipping the bag. The dynamics of this bag just aren't great. The material is scratchy. Overall it's just not a great tote bag.

Love the vibrant straps, a cute everyday bag!
This shoulder handbag is a good value for the cost. Made of good quality materials. I especially like the silver rings for attaching the longer strap, and the silky material of the straps themselves is also nice. Inside there are several zippered pockets for your keys, pens, and other items. There is also a pocket for your cellphone. I use this bag for carrying my laptop back and forth to work, and I always feel very stylish when I am wearing it. The size is perfect for carrying a laptop or notebooks and books back and forth or for carrying on luggage on a plane. My one small complaint is the length of the sewn on straps is just slightly too short. I sometimes have to bend my arms more extremely to get them through the longer, sewn-on shoulder strap.
