Jahrhundert gegründet haben - das Kloster Walaam im Ladogasee. Einst beherbergte es über 3.000 Mönche. Nach Jahrzehnten der Zweckentfremdung in der Sowjetunion wurde das Kloster 1989 neu gegründet. Heute ist Walaam ein Bollwerk der Russisch-Orthodoxen Kirche und zugleich das populärste Pilgerziel in Russlands Norden. Besonders sehenswert ist die von Patriarch Alexej II. 2008 geweihte Wladimir-Kathedrale.

I've bought two of these — one for my grand puppy to use when she's at my house, and another for her to keep at her house. I was shocked that she actually seems to enjoy playing with this toy! She hunts out all the bunnies and then brings the carrot to me to refill. I refill it, and then she takes the refilled carrot back to her spot and hunts them all out again. This dog is a ferocious chewer but she doesn't chew these toys! It's like she instinctively knows they are for hunting, not chewing. As a result, they have lasted a long time and provide hours of quality fun. Great value!
