Material der Auflage: Bambus und rutschfestes Silikon

Maße: 20 x 10 x 5 cm

 

Wie wird der Lieblingsschleifstein verwendet?

  1. Den Lieblingsschleifstein für 5min in Wasser legen, so das er die Feuchtigkeit aufnehmen kann.
  2. Entsprechend dem Winkel der Klinge, die Klinge über den Lieblingsschleifstein hin und her schleifen.
  3. Um den Lieblingsschleifstein feucht zu halten und eine erhöhte Temperatur zu vermeiden, kannst du erneut Wasser oder Öl hinzufügen.
  4. Das Messer 3 Mal pro Seite schärfen.
  5. Nachdem du das Messer geschärft hast, wische es mit einem feuchten Tuch ab und trockne es abschließend. Anschließend kann auch der Lieblingsschleifstein mit Wasser abgespült und auf natürliche Weise zum trocknen gelegt werden.
