Der TTI 90-Grad-Piston (auch bekannt als Zero-Piston) ist für Sniper-Setups konzipiert, die keine Kompromisse bei Zuverlässigkeit und Abzugscharakteristik eingehen. Im Gegensatz zum Standard-System wird dieser Piston im gespannten Zustand im rechten Winkel (90°) von der Sear gehalten. Dies eliminiert die vertikale Reibung am Zylinder und ermöglicht ein extrem leichtgängiges Auslösen des Schusses – selbst bei stärksten Tuningfedern.
1. Konstruktion & Material
- Premium CNC-Aluminium: Der Hauptkörper wird aus einer hochfesten Aluminiumlegierung gefertigt. Dies garantiert eine enorme Schlagfestigkeit bei gleichzeitig geringer Masse für maximale Kolbengeschwindigkeit.
- Stahl-Endkappe: Die 90°-Aufnahme am Heck besteht aus gehärtetem Edelstahl. Dies verhindert Abnutzungen durch die Sear und garantiert ein sicheres Einrasten über tausende Schusszyklen hinweg.
2. Optimierte Aerodynamik & Airseal
- Dual-Guide-System: Zwei integrierte POM-Führungsringe sorgen für eine perfekte Zentrierung im Zylinder. Dies minimiert die Reibung und verhindert das Kratzen von Metall auf Metall.
- Ventilierter Pistonhead: Die Front ist mit Expansionsbohrungen versehen, die den O-Ring beim Schuss blitzschnell gegen die Zylinderwand drücken. Das Resultat ist eine 100%ige Abdichtung und konstante FPS-Werte.

Good stuff

Good stuff. I did a lot of work on my 91 Toyota Land Cruiser 3FE. I did the inside and outside doors, as well as the under-hood area, with some extra work. I like this stuff. It sticks down good but you have to clean your surface so there's a good grip. I think these are going to do well for noise cancellation. The deadening material does well with absorbing vibrations too. But the install roller tools it will come in handy. Trust me trying to do it by hand is not worth it.

Very good product for my rear trunk and backseat on my mustang. I would recommend some type of gloves due to the foil itself when placing down will cut up your hands and fingers. Overall good product for its price.

Great sound mat for the price!

This is a good product. Many people go with KILMAT because of the value to price point. I did as well. When you clean the surface (in my case it was all painted metal) this stuff sticks very well. I do recommend you use a seam roller of some type, I used Lumiteco 3 piece roller set. This will help with adhesion and mostly flatten the overlapped edges. It also helps you see where you have rolled as it leaves little grooves. The difference when we had no sound mats and after was very impressive. We haven't finished our install yet and it is quieter than when we had an interior in the van. There are thicker mats available in other brands, but this will work great for our van build, but this helps keep the weight down. It is quality material, just be careful when you are removing the backing, the edge of the foil face can cut you. I suggest you layout where you are installing the mat and cut to fit. From what I have read, you don't need to cover every inch in the vehicle, just spot install for a big difference. I chose to cover most surfaces to help keep sound out when we are sleeping in the van. We haven't finished putting the van yet, but we have driven it around and been very satisfied with this product.
