Mit dem doppelten Lüftungsschieber der PRO-Modelle lassen sich Temperatur und Rauch noch besser regulieren. Zusätzlich ist das Präzisions-Deckelventil mit einem Silikongriff und einem praktischen Kippmechanismus ausgestattet, welcher einen Temperaturanstieg innerhalb kürzester Zeit möglich macht.

Eine weitere Besonderheit der BSTRD. PRO-Modelle verbirgt sich im Inneren: Statt eines Keramik-Deflektorsteins sind sie mit einem Dynamic Twist Deflector aus Gusseisen ausgestattet, der sich auf einer Seite einfach auf- und zuschieben lässt. So kann in kürzester Zeit eine direkte Grillzone geschaffen werden. Gleichzeitig bietet Gusseisen optimale Hitzeeigenschaften und ist wesentlich robuster und unempfindlicher gegenüber mechanischen Einflüssen als Keramik.

Good shelves!
Easy enough to assemble and as shown in the pictures you can shape the shelves how you want them. There is one screw hole in the mounting bracket right in the narrow part which makes it difficult to get a screw into. To get around this I just put a screw in at an angle. The quality is decent and I would not overload these by any means. However, if you are looking for cheaper shelves that look decent for light items these will work great.
