Turbolader passt Plug&Play bei vielen V6 3.0 TDI 240PS Motoren aus dem Hause VW / Audi.

Die mögliche Leistung ist nur mit weiteren Änderungen zu realisieren. Abgasanlage, Railsystem, Ladeluftkühler (auch Verrohrung), Kupplung, Ladedrucksensor, Luftmassenmesser, Software.

Achtung:

Durch die extreme Auslegung dieses Laders ist ein schlechteres Ansprechverhalten von ca. 300 Umdrehungen zu erwarten.

Keine Anpassungsarbeiten nötig. Abgasgehäuse und Verdichtergehäuse sind äußerlich original.

Änderungen:

  • Abgas- und Verdichtergehäuse mechanisch bearbeitet
  • doppelte Kolbenringabdichtung (Verdichterseite)
  • Spaltmaß optimiert
  • umgearbeitete, größere Turbine mit dickerer Schaftwelle (Stabilitätsgründe)
  • größerer Hochdruckverdichter (original Ø60mm)
  • extrem verstärkte Lagerung (komplette Neuentwicklung im eigenen Haus), dadurch fast kein Verschleiß (es wurde ein Langzeittest über 2 Jahre / 55.000 km mit 2,60 Bar bis 4700min-1 durchgeführt - Verschleiß ist nicht erwähnenswert). Diese Lagerung bitte nicht mit einer "Beschichtung" in Verbindung bringen, die von diversen Firmen "angepriesen" wird. Nachweislich ist die Beschichtung nach 2000km radial nicht mehr vorhanden. I used this product on vacation in Mexico. I tried & stayed out of the sun as much as I could. I went on a Mayan ruin tour following a snorkeling excursion & did not get a sunburn! Usually for that long period of time in the sun I would have received a light sunburn using other sunblocks but instead I actually got a light tan! I did apply this product on my body & face. I have to say this is my 1st time using this brand & it worked super well for me. :) *Just FYI when I applied this product I didn't need to apply to much if you do its going to obviously leave a white cast. I only applied as needed through out the day. Also make sure you give it time to sit to soak into your skin before putting on your clothes. After all you do have to wait a few min after applying before going out in the sun. That's any sunblock directions.
