Dido Blanc 2022 ist ein eleganter spanischer Weißwein aus Montsant, kreiert von Rene Barbier und Sara Perez. Die Cuvée aus Cartoixa (Xarel.lo), Macabeo und Garnacha Blanca reift 12 Monate in großen Holzfässern und Amphoren und begeistert mit Aromen von reifer Quitte, gelben Pflaumen und Pfirsichen. Mit 92+ Parker Punkten lobt Luis Gutierrez den vollmundigen und rund schmeckenden Wein, der in einem tiefgoldenen, leicht trüben Kleid strahlt.

Die biodynamisch bewirtschafteten Reben werden ohne Pestizide kultiviert, was die Biodiversität fördert. Dido Blanc 2022 ist nicht nur frisch und mineralisch, sondern zudem ein vielversprechender Wein, der in den kommenden Jahren weiter reifen kann – ein Muss für Liebhaber autochthoner Rebsorten!
