Beschreibung

Die Ramair Offene Ansaugung passend für den BMW M5 ersetzt die serienmäßige Airbox durch ein vollwertiges Open-Intake-System mit zwei Konusfiltern und Carbon-Ansaugrohr. Der gesamte Aufbau ist auf maximalen Luftdurchsatz zum Twin-Turbo-V8 ausgelegt und sorgt zusätzlich für ein deutlich präsenteres Ansauggeräusch unter Last.

Das integrierte Hitzeschild kapselt die Filter vom heißen Motorraum ab. Die Luft aus der werksseitigen Luftversorgung wird gezielt um beide Konusfilter herum geführt, sodass die Ansaugtemperatur niedrig bleibt. Die Carbon-Abdeckungen reduzieren zusätzlich die Wärmeaufnahme im Filterbereich.

Das doppeltangentiale Ansaugrohr glättet den Luftstrom in Richtung Turbolader und reduziert Turbulenzen vor den Verdichterrädern. Das Resultat: spürbar besseres Ansprechverhalten und ein satterer Sound bei Lastwechseln.

Material

Hitzeschild lasergeschnitten und präzisionsgefaltet, schwarz beschichtet, mit Carbon-Abdeckungen. Ansaugrohr aus Carbon-Verbundwerkstoff, klarlackiert. Filterelemente von Proram (Ramair-Hausmarke) mit auswasch- und neu ölbarem Aluminium-Filtermedium. Schlauchverbindungen aus formstabilem Silikon, mit Edelstahl-Schlauchschellen fixiert.

Verwendung

Komplettsystem als Ersatz für die Serien-Airbox. Die Montage erfolgt an den werksseitigen Befestigungspunkten und ist mit gängigem Werkzeug durchführbar. Eine bebilderte Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung liegt dem Kit bei. Montage auch bei FLOW DOWN® in Essen möglich.

In a matter of 2 days the seam on the back and at the base of the head unraveled and all of the stuffing was scattered all over the room. I thought I’d found some good, high quality, toys for her but apparently this one was defective because the first one had had a lot of use and I’d still in decent shape. This is too much money to pay for a dog toy that only lasts a day or two so be advised they aren’t all good.

He is not a destructive chewer but whips them around, tramples on them, steps on them while running top speed and chomps on the annoying squeaker for hours. one squeaker has a hole and its tune is now slightly muted (thank god)

Cute, durable toy.

It's about as durable as you can expect a stuffed animal to be. I have two new puppies who are still teething and they love these things. I got the Kyjen sheep mat version (it's a square shape, rather than the two rows of squeakers) for the little girl. Both dogs sleep with it in their crate and we take them on trips with us. I've gone so far as to open up the toy and replace the broken squeakers (costs about 5$ for 30 large squeakers). The rest of the toy is fine. Our german shepherd puppy absolutely loves the rattle that's located in the head of the gator as well. The rattle also helps initially getting the dog engaged with chewing on the toy rather than your clothing or furniture. Then they discover the squeakers and it's endless entertainment and a good distraction for your dogs. I haven't had any problems with the thin, decorative material that's represent the teeth, claws and back fins. It's a slightly thicker felt that's soft and flimsy. Honestly, I'm not worried about it. Even if they were to eventually chew these off, they're not a choking hazard. Our little guy has thrown up solid pieces of kibble that are larger and harder than this. Seriously now, common. The eyes are sewn into the head, so there's no risk of pulling them off and swallowing. I toss these in the washer on a gentle cycle to clean off the slobber and dirt about once every couple weeks and the squeakers are fine, though they sometimes have to dry out to be 100% functional again. It never takes long. Overall, I love the amount of squeakers just due to the breaking problem with have with single squeaker toys. Once they break, the dog loses interest. Which is also a nice way to train the dogs the difference between the non-squeaking kids toys. The dogs absolutely love this toy and wont sleep without it. When the fabric eventually wears out (not even a slight issue after a few months), I'll be buying another one.

For the price this is my favorite toy! My 4 lb Chihuahua LOVES this thing. He's really a tough chewer. He however, uses these more for wrestling, and attacking, and carrying around and sleeping on, etc. So none of ours have tears in them, though he does attack and chew all of it - I think these products are super wonderful, and I have to buy several more, like the hide-a-toy ones (beehive, squirrel, etc.) because I know the quality, I know my Chihuahua loves them to pieces - while he hasn't actually been able to render them in pieces! Win-win for us. You decide what your dog is like. Mine has his snoopy blanket and a huge victory in his mind over this large GATOR - his friend all day long.
