Die Falle ist durch auseinanderziehen der Schenkel(vernünftige Griffbleche am Oberteil der Falle) und einrasten der Sicherung sehr schnell Beköderungs- und nach umlegen der Sicherung Fangbereit. 

Bei Fehlfängen verhindern die Aussparungen im oberen Schenkel der Falle das ungewollte verändern der  Auslösungs- und der Sicherungssensibilität.

Am Rande des unteren Schenkels ist eine Öse befestigt , an der Ketten, Seile oder Stäbe zur Fixierung befestigt werden können .
