Unser Hantelset ist ein grossartiger Start zum Aufbau des persönlichen Gyms in den eigenen vier Wänden. Die besondere und geschwungene Form der SZ-Hantelstange gibt dir dabei die Möglichkeit, besonders gelenk- und bänderschonend zu trainieren. Auch Krämpfe vermeidet die Stange bei richtiger Handhabung und dem passenden Griff.

Falls dir die beiliegenden Hantelscheiben nicht ausreichen, kannst du jede standardisierte Hantelscheibe mit 30/31 mm-Bohrung zum Einsatz bringen, so auch unsere Gorilla-Gewichte.

Entertaining, informative, without being overwhelming.

Got it for, basically, half-off standard retail. At that price, it's a fine addition to the WWII library. Some interesting information displayed in a mostly entertaining way. I get that battle maps are always a challenge (maps are static - battles are dynamic). This does a fairly adequate job - better than most battle maps - though far from groundbreaking. item arrived well packed - no issues with binding (as some others seem to report). Though the book overall is a bit "warped" and several of the maps are mis-printed or mis-cut as to make them unusable. 3 bad out of 300 - not horrible - again at the price I paid. If the subject interest you - I'd suggest getting - but not a "must have".
