Besonderheiten: Der EMILL Feinwerk Single Malt Whisky ist ein echtes Schwarzwälder Original, das in der historischen Scheibel Mühle in Kappelrodeck im Achertal gebrannt und gelagert wird. Nach einer dreijährigen Reifung in amerikanischen Eichenfässern erhält er ein Finish in ausgesuchten Portweinfässern, was ihm eine besondere Tiefe und Komplexität verleiht. Der Whisky wird nicht kühlgefiltert und ist frei von Farbstoffen, was seine Authentizität unterstreicht.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nase: Süsse, fruchtige Aromen dunkler Früchte wie Pflaume und Heidelbeere, begleitet von erdigen Noten und einem Hauch Vanille. Ein feiner, süsslicher Rauch rundet das Bouquet ab.
  • Gaumen: Weich und ausgewogen, mit harmonischen Noten von gereiftem Portwein.
  • Abgang: Intensiv und vollmundig, mit Brandy-Nuancen und einem langen, trocken nachklingenden Finale, in dem sich der zarte Rauch angenehm in die Frucht einfügt.

Destillerie/Abfüller: Die Scheibel Mühle in Kappelrodeck ist seit 2014 Heimat der Emil Scheibel Schwarzwald-Brennerei. In diesem historischen Gebäude, in dem früher Getreide gemahlen wurde, wird heute mit Leidenschaft und Hingabe feinster Whisky produziert. While the stand excels in many respect, one limitation is its lack of height adjustability.
