It's a great product that works. I left the strips on for 2 hours. And my teeth were so white, I decided not to use the light. I drink 3-4 cups of strong coffee everyday, and they are still really white (after one application over two weeks ago). My gums were a little sensitive after 2 hours, but that only lasted a few hours after usage. Just be aware if you leave on more than 60 minutes. Then brush and rinse really good.
