Durch meinen YouTube Kanal habe ich das große Glück, viele Filamente testen zu dürfen. In meinen Videos ist es mir vor allem wichtig, dass ich mich auf die Qualität der Filamente für meine Projekte verlassen kann, damit ich mich voll und ganz auf die Videoproduktion konzentrieren kann.
- sehr gute mechanische Belastbarkeit
- hohe UV und Witterungsbeständigkeit
- optimal für den Outdoor-Einsatz
- Brandhemmend nach UL94 HB
- hohe Wärmeformbeständigkeit bis 98°C
- verringerter Wärmeverzug im Vergleich zu ABS
- sehr schöne Optik durch eine matte Oberfläche
- achte beim Drucken mit ASA DuraPRO auf eine gute Belüftung, da die entstehenden Dämpf beim Drucken gesundheitsschädlich sind
- ein all Metal Heatbreak, besser noch ein hier im Shop erhältliches TITAN Heatbreak, wird empfohlen
Warum nutze ich eigentlich ASA DuraPRO?
- es lässt sich einfacher drucken als normales ABS
- es hat eine hohe Wärmeformbeständigkeit von 98°C
- ASA ist leicht flexibel bei gleichzeitig hoher Steifigkeit
- es lässt sich leichter drucken als ABS (Wärmeverzug)
- hält sehr gut auf Hartpapier Dauerdruckplatten bestrichen mit in Aceton aufgelösten ASA Resten

Beware of non working pump.
