Stables Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a refreshing fruit driven wine. Sauvignon Blanc grapes were selected for their intensity of fruit flavours. They were fermented cool and bottled early to capture their fresh varietal characters.
2023 was growing season with more rain than normal but an abundance of sunshine and warm temperatures during the last part of the season allowed the fruit to ripen well and reach maturity.
Food Pairing: An ideal accompaniment to seafood, fresh salads or vegetarian dishes.
