The generous 20" wide x .75" high x 14" deep measurements provide ample space for even the largest of tasks. Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe.
Before using the board, apply mineral oil every day for one week to prepare it for long-lasting quality. Apply mineral oil at least once a month for the life of the product.
