Description

When your gut and vaginal bacteria get out of balance, you may
feel it. When taken daily, Align Women's Dual Action helps soothe
occasional digestive upsets like bloating, gas, and abdominal discomfort
by adding a unique strain of good bacteria to your gut.

Plus, it contains women's probiotics and botanical chaste tree to help stabilize your vaginal balance and monthly mood balance.

Dosage: Swallow caplet with water. Do not chew. Adults: 1 caplet. Children 10-14 years: use Pepto-Bismol caplet (262mg) or Pepto-Bismol chewables, 3-9 years: Use Pepto-Bismol liquid. For children under 3 years, consult a physician. Repeat every to 1 hour as needed. Do not exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours. Use until diarrhea stops but not more than 2 days. Drink plenty of clear fluids to help prevent dehydration caused by diarrhea.

Caution: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of accidental ingestion, contact your doctor or a Poison Control Centre. Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a doctor before using if you are taking medication (especially immune suppressing drugs), if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy, or if you are pregnant/nursing. Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/ physician if symptoms persist or worsen. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days.

4.5 stars. It's a great product. The pictures made me wonder if this was wood or plastic, but it is definitely wood. It is very attractive and fairly easy to assemble. I feel like the harnesses for the wall don't fit the wood well enough, so you can get different distances from the wall, and one of my shelves is half a centimeter below the others, even though I lined it up the same. But they are sturdy shelves and very pretty. My only real complaint is the screw anchors for the walls. They are SERIOUS. I doubt these will ever fall out of the wall, for real. The only problem is, they eat the wall as you are putting them in. If I ever decide to move these, I will have to do some serious dry wall repair.

Simple, sturdy, and looks great in the room

I bought this farmhouse shelf for our bedroom because I needed extra storage that would not make the space feel cramped. It works especially well in smaller rooms or apartments where you want storage but do not want bulky furniture. If using it in a bathroom, I would just be mindful of humidity over time since the shelves appear to be engineered wood with a laminate finish. For towels and lightweight storage bins, it should work well. Overall, this is a practical and good looking shelf. It is not high end furniture, but it does not feel flimsy either. For the price, I would buy it again.
