RECOMMENDED DAILY CONSUMPTION:
Adults: 5 drops 

 

HOW TO USE:
Shake before consumption. Measure 5 drops on a teaspoon and consume directly or add to a cold meal. 

Do not use in people allergic to any ingredient of the preparation. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the result with a doctor or pharmacist. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).

Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended because these factors are important for health. 

 

STORAGE METHOD:
The preparation should be stored in the original packaging at room temperature and out of the reach of small children.
Do not freeze.

30 ml (900 drops) contains 180 suggested daily portions of 5 drops.

This is my second pair. I bought the sand color at my local Macy's. I got their last pair. I have issues with back pain and ankle swelling and pain. These are so comfortable I had to get them in Black. The adjustable straps are great. My feet are a little bit wider because of the swelling issues. So if you have very narrow feet these might be a little big. You might want to go down a half a size. But otherwise I wear a size 10 and they fit perfectly. The footbed is very comfortable with the memory foam. Lots of support. I noticed my back and ankle pain is much better wearing these. I've never owned UGG before. If these hold up really well and continue to stay comfortable, I will be purchasing other styles for fall and winter.
