TPE material:
3W floor liners are made from Thermoplastic Elastomers, which shows advantages of both rubbery materials and plastic materials thus having more strength, resilience, durability and elasticity. It has more outstanding thermal properties and material stability when exposed to an extreme temperature. 3W floor liners has no odor even in extremely hot weather with all car windows closed, and can stay resilient in extremely cold weather. Each 3W floor liner is custom fit. We scan the interior of each car and computer design the pattern incorporating key elements of the vehicle, gives the floor liners a customized look and feel. Very glowy

I just opened this to try it so I can't speak on if it breaks me out but the expiration date is good it doesn't expire until next summer. It's not thick at all very liquid actually but not a messy. I skipped moisturizer today to see how the hydration will be. I have severe dry skin so we will see. Very oily, glowy, moisturizing. I used it on my face and arms. It left a beautiful glow on my face so we will see how long it's takes to soak in. No strong smell which is nice and it's a large bottle!
