ALL CASTLES MUST BE CLEANED BEFORE FIRST USE. Products are handmade and may come with minor imperfections. Uncut stitch ends are a part of the production process and do not pose an issue to regular use of the bounce house. All sections are double stitched, so loose stitches may also be present. As the product is going through an extensive shipping process, it may come with minor scuffs and/or yellow patch stains. Some writing may also be left over from the manufacturing process. Follow manual instructions for proper cleaning. Send us an email to [email protected] for cleaning tips and recommended products. Extensive packing may also result in wrinkles in the PVC. Please inflate Minis in direct sunlight as wrinkles will release with heat.

This product requires a blower to be on at all times during use. Air leakage is normal and may be audible - sometimes in one area more than another. If product comes with damage that hinders regular use, contact us WITHIN 10 DAYS of delivery. If we approve an exchange or return (for store credit only), you will have one week to ship the product back to us.

IF PURCHASING FROM A COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES, THEN YOU WILL NEED A VOLTAGE CONVERTER IN ORDER TO USE THE BLOWER SAFELY. PLEASE EMAIL US FOR MORE INFORMATION. ALSO, BEWARE OF IMPORT FEES.
