This 20-hour intensive training will cover basic and advanced elements of developing and delivering a Swan Sculpt (or similarly conceived) class.
Key Swan Sculpt components include power yoga sequencing, HIIT elements (such as plyometrics and calisthenics), isolated core work, cardio drills, and resistance training with various types of equipment. Also included are “vibes training” elements, which involve working the room (instructor presence, power, voice, etc.), pacing and cadence, the use of music, and other components necessary to create a unified, high-energy experience.
This training will equip you with the tools to curate your own Swan Sculpt (or similarly conceived) class at any yoga studio, gym facility, private or personal training environment, and/or group fitness setting. Upon completing this course, you will possess the skills needed to expand your offerings and brand.
Prerequisites: 200 HR YTT
Additional Requirements: To teach Swan Sculpt, one must experience Swan Sculpt! We strongly encourage you to take a Swan Sculpt class offered via Black Swan TV and/or attend an in-person Swan Sculpt class prior to the first day of class.
To help meet these goals, Black Swan Yoga will offer a complimentary month of membership and a complimentary month of Black Swan TV in August. Additional online and/or in-person Swan Sculpt class requirements will be outlined during our first meeting.
Teacher Bios:
Dr. Chauntelle Tibbals is a 500 HR RYT, group fitness instructor/CPT, and lifelong movement addict. She strives to demonstrate the benefits of balancing high-intensity activity with a consistent yoga practice. Chauntelle has been teaching yoga sculpt-type classes as part of her offerings in gym and studio locations since 2022.
Whether you have your 200-Hour Teacher Training or are interested in more experience in your yoga practice, this program meets you exactly where you are.
All participants will meet on Saturdays, 12 - 5pm in-person at BSY Anderson: August 1, 8, 15, 22.
Pay in Full Enrollment Pricing: $495, 20 CEUs
*Included for students enrolled in the entire in the 300 hr program.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS: Please note we do not offer refunds for modules. We CAN offer module transfers. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations within 7 days of the training.
