Entertaining and amusing, this guide takes the traveler on a fascinating journey through New York. Blending humor with precision, the author delivers a highly reliable reference book that skims New York borough by borough, street by street, listing all its great features and things to see. All the necessities of a travel guide are covered up to transportation, with lists of steamship lines, railroads and buses. The key attractions that make up New York, as well as the lesser known, including museums, restaurants, monuments, parks, are not forgotten, providing the reader with an endless source of inspiration for lengthy vacations or a single day in the Big Apple.
