A sophisticated execution of craftsmanship for this Neolithic hand pestle measuring 247mm. The pestle displays an excellent patination mirroring the historical age. Historical weathering, in use and by natural exposure over the ages creates an archaic surface. A very robust and heavy pestle in excellent condition.

The stone-age artefacts are found in the northern countries of Africa, many in open sites, these open sites are areas of scattered tools or implement lying on the surface of the desert, eroded out by the brutal Saharan winds or flash flooding, a circumstance of some decades, annual rain can fill the dry river beds for a brief few hours, the next day the ground surface as dry as ever.

Many prehistoric finds are collected one by one by the indigenous Berber travellers, herders roaming their flocks over sporadic outcrops of scrub vegetation which can quickly appear following rainfall, rainfall which can be as inconsistent as every seven years in these regions.

The Neolithic Stone Age is defined by Neanderthals introducing agriculture into a way of life, as the nomadic hunter-gatherer era declined. This occurred around 4000 BC the ideas and advancement of farming, possibly the first husbandry of livestock crossed into Europe and arrived in England.

Love the blue numbers
Not quite sure how to rate this. It's an attractive basic analog watch; I especially like the blue numbers. And my experience with the reliability and durability of Casio has always been terrific. But... it's huge. I am stunned to see the other review that states that this watch is too small and is suitable only for a child; I think the reviewer must have been reviewing some other model. This one is larger than any other watch I own, including a hand-me-down men's watch that I got from a friend. This is NOT a unisex watch and should not be advertised as such. But if Casio would make the same thing in a women's model, I would snap it up. UPDATE: When my smaller watch died, I finally started wearing this one. I've gotten used to the size, and now it looks and feels normal to me instead of huge. I adore the blue numbers--they make me happy every time I look at the watch.

Works in the pool!
This is my second watch like this. I wear it almost every day, including in aqua class. I like the size - big enough to read easily, but not too big. I originally bout this watch because I wanted an inexpensive watch to wear to the gym. I find myself reaching for it even when I am not going to the gym!
