Lots of customers have complained about having difficulty installing the m12 mounts so I thought I'd offer up the same tool I use to dissasemble/assemble the cameras.This is a new micro-screwdriver kit with interchangeable bits. I use two screwdrivers in my shop, one with each of the bits in the picture below. The phillips/star head is used to unscrew any of the screws. The flat head is used to pop open the OEM case safely.
The other bits may be useful for other things of course. It all comes in a nice zippered leather case.
The end of the handle turns/swivels so you can palm it and twist it with your other fingers (see picture below). This allows me to open the cameras really fast.

Phillips: #000, #00
Star: T6, T7, T8, T9
Hex: 0.050, 1/16", 5/64"
Nut Driver: 3/32", 1/8", 5/32"
Awl/Scribe bit
Bolded bits above are the ones I use...basically the smallest Phillips and largest Slotted(flat).

Asurion warranty covered my office chair as promised

Get the INSURANCE!!!!
My chair broke. Almost at the one year mark… I’m so glad I got the insurance! I put in my claim (it was easy) and it was resolved within 72 hours. Sometimes I decline the insurance because it turns out to be more hassle than it’s worth but Asurion came through!

Simple and not Drama claim process.
’ve had Asurion coverage for a couple of years and never needed to use it until recently, when my pool salt cell (less than two years old) stopped working. I had purchased it with an Asurion protection plan, so I contacted them to start a claim.
The process was simple and straightforward to follow. In the end, they honored the plan and covered the cost of my salt cell based on the value when I originally bought it. They issued me a gift card that I could use on Amazon for that amount.
While prices have gone up and a new cell now costs about $200 more, it was still definitely worth having the coverage. Overall, I’m satisfied with how the claim was handled.
