Uplift is a non-alcoholic herbal tonic licensed by Health Canada (NPN 80144263) and formulated with six clinically studied adaptogens and botanicals. Used in Herbal Medicine as a tonic to help relieve general weakness and fatigue, and to support mental and physical performance after periods of exertion.

Each 1 mL dose delivers Eleuthero, Holy Basil, Schisandra, Damiana, Lemon Balm, and Stinging Nettle — at meaningful, label-disclosed amounts. No caffeine. No sugar. No stimulants. Made in Canada.

How it works

When mental and physical exertion stack up — long workdays, broken sleep, heavy training, the everyday demands of running on empty — your nervous system stays activated long after the moment has passed. That's where fatigue, weakness, and the feeling of running on fumes comes from.

Uplift is a herbal tonic formulated with adaptogens, plants traditionally used to help the body resist and recover from stress, paired with botanicals that support steady mental performance.

This isn't a stimulant. It's steady support.

What's inside — per 1 mL dose

Steady energy — supports performance after exertion

  • Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) — 75 mg (4:1 extract, 300 mg dry equivalent)
  • Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) — 60 mg

Mood + resilience — adaptogens for how you respond to stress

  • Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum) — 60 mg
  • Damiana (Turnera diffusa) — 30 mg

Mental ease — for a calmer, clearer state

  • Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) — 30 mg
  • Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica) — 20 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Glycerin, Water.

How to use

Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 mL (one full dropper, roughly 20–30 drops) up to 4 times daily.

Place directly under your tongue, hold for 30 seconds, then swallow. Or add it to water, sparkling water, tea, or a mocktail. Can be taken with or without food. Shake well before use.

Most people start with one dose in the morning and add more across the day as needed. With consistent use, the effects build over time.

If you've been running on empty, this is for you

You've been:

  • Mentally drained by midafternoon, no matter how much coffee you drink
  • Pushing through fatigue that doesn't let up after sleep
  • Tired of the spike-and-crash cycle from energy drinks and sugar
  • Looking for plant-based support with real, transparent dosing
  • Wanting to feel like yourself again — steady, clear, present

Common questions

Is Uplift caffeinated?
No. Uplift contains no caffeine, sugar, or stimulants. It's a herbal tonic designed to support steady energy and mental endurance through adaptogens, not by stimulating your system.

How is Uplift different from coffee or energy drinks?
Coffee and energy drinks force your body to work harder by triggering adrenaline and blocking adenosine. Uplift works differently. It's a Health Canada-licensed herbal tonic formulated with adaptogens that support how your body responds to stress and exertion. No spike, no crash, no caffeine.

When will I feel it?
Many people notice a shift within 20–30 minutes of taking a dose. With consistent daily use, the effects build over time. Adaptogens are designed to support your system gradually, not deliver a sudden jolt.

How much should I take?
Adults 18 years and older: 1 mL (one full dropper) up to 4 times daily. You can take it directly under your tongue or add it to any drink. Start with one dose in the morning and adjust based on how your body responds.

Where is it made?
Uplift is manufactured in Canada in a Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) certified facility, formulated by Sanaz Bahrami, MSc Biomedical Engineering, founder of Melts Infusions. Every batch is produced to Health Canada's regulatory standards under NPN 80144263.

Is Uplift available in the US?
Yes. Uplift ships across Canada and the United States. In the US, it is sold as a dietary supplement.

Why I made Uplift

I'm Sanaz Bahrami, founder of Melts Infusions and a biomedical engineer by training. I formulated Uplift because I needed something that worked with my system, not against it. Something that supported the way I actually wanted to feel through long days, mental exhaustion, and the kind of fatigue that doesn't go away with another coffee.

Every herb in this bottle was chosen for its relationship with the nervous system, dosed at amounts that match the clinical research, and submitted to Health Canada for licensing. No fillers. No filler claims. Just plants, transparently dosed, made in Canada.

Great book perfect for history lovers
Format: School & Library Binding
This book is perfect for people who love history in general. Very interesting topic in that it deserts why different cultures became more prominent than others over time. I’m still getting through it, but wanted to write a positive review because I’m enjoying it so much.

Makes you think!
Format: School & Library Binding
Jared Diamond’s Guns, Germs, and Steel is all about figuring out why some societies became super powerful while others didn’t. His main idea is that geography and the environment had a huge impact. Basically, places with good crops and animals to farm had an easier time growing and becoming stronger. The book mixes history, science, and geography in a way that’s pretty easy to follow, even though it covers a lot. Some people think Diamond focuses too much on geography and doesn’t consider enough other factors, but it definitely makes you think differently about history and why the world is the way it is today. It’s a really interesting read if you’re into learning about why things turned out the way they did.

Great book
The narrator possesses a refined and compelling voice, and the author's writing style stimulates the mind. The author uses a tremendous amount of detail to avoid unnecessary/inaccurate generalizations and intentional/unintentional misinterpretations. However, the author executes this feat without allowing the reader to feel lost in mundane facts. I enjoyed the author's use of rhetorical questions to explore the viewpoints of persons who oppose his assertions. Overall, an informative and invigorating read. I highly recommend this book for anyone who has ever asked, "Why did certain people and cultures end up with so much, while others ended up with so little".

Guns, Germa and Steel Audio Version
A great audio adaptation of a great book. I listened to it on my commute to work. I have the actual book, but had no time to sit down and read it. If you are very busy, audio versions of books really work well.
