| Remarks | The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ our processing of the rotor is, we have shipped in the above package. Were shipped in the package other than the above-mentioned "secondary processed products (slit, heat treatment, dimples, etc.)" will be our warranty. _x000D_ rotor is an image. I'm partial... I have bought Timex my intire life, they no doubt make the best watches... They take a licking, but keep on ticking is there old commercials.. True.. Great quality, keeps going after many year's... I never bought a solar watch from them prior I have to mention... It should hold up I'm thinking like their battery watches, I hope so. My favorite watch, I own a handful. Watch looks better in person... Downfall, they are trying a new band out of recycled plastic, I don't like it as much as the older bands it's soft, but feels a little strange...
