The handle on the oyster knife is ergonomic; rounded in shape, and tapered. The handle is made from polypropylene, and double compress riveted to the full tang. The handle (unlike wooden handles) won't warp, split, break or loosen.
Dimensions (approx): Blade is 7 cm in length and tapered. The handle 8 cm in length.
To clean, hand wash in warm soapy water.
