The discussion is designed for advanced undergraduate or beginning graduate study, and presumes of readers only a fair knowledge of matrix algebra and of advanced calculus of functions of several real variables.The author, who is a Professor of Mathematics at the Polytechnic Institute of New York, begins with a discussion of plane geometry and then treats the local theory of Lie groups and transformation groups, solid differential geometry, and Riemannian geometry, leading to a general theory of connections.
The author presents a full development of the Erlangen Program in the foundations of geometry as used by Elie Cartan as a basis of modern differential geometry; the book can serve as an introduction to the methods of E. Cartan. The theory is applied to give a complete development of affine differential geometry in two and three dimensions.
Although the text deals only with local problems (except for global problems that can be treated by methods of advanced calculus), the definitions have been formulated so as to be applicable to modern global differential geometry. The algebraic development of tensors is equally accessible to physicists and to pure mathematicians. The wealth of specific resutls and the replacement of most tensor calculations by linear algebra makes the book attractive to users of mathematics in other disciplines.

Perfect iPad Case for Kids — Survives Drops!
Color: Purple
I bought this case for my daughter’s iPad and she absolutely loves it. It was very easy to install and feels really durable. The built-in stand is her favorite feature — she uses it to prop the iPad up during her Hooked on Phonics lessons and when watching videos.
She also carries it with us in the car, and it has already survived a few drops onto concrete with no issues. The case does not include a screen protector, but I just added one separately and it works perfectly.
It is a bit bulkier than my own iPad case, but that actually makes it easier for little hands to hold and carry. Overall, great protection and very kid-friendly design. Definitely recommend for younger kids!

Pretty colors, child proof protector (so far)

Using for our daughters IPAD which is her learning tablet. So far its been really good no issues with applying it and the colors are super cute. There is a slot for an pen if you have one and the stand functions wonderfully. Only time will tell how well it protects the tablet from tiny hands.

Nice case

Nice case for my 5-year old grandson. It is sturdy & was easy to put together. As a special needs child it works very well for him however, he does have trouble with the portrait view of the case. When using the portrait view, the unit often collapses as the prop doesn’t always stay in the locked position.

Fantastic screen protector! Adheres flawlessly and is easy to install. Doesn’t interfere with screen functionality and doesn’t go cloudy or hazy with use.
