How to Consume
1. Take after a light meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner).
2. For first-time use, consume half a jar 1.5 hours after a meal, ideally with a cup of cold milk. If lactose intolerant, skip the milk.
• Alternatively, enjoy one tablespoon of khoya or kalakand after the halwa.
3. A full dose is ½ to 1 jar. After the initial dose, adjust to ¼ or ½ jar based on your comfort and body’s response.
4. Activation time varies depending on individual metabolism and lifestyle.

Not the batana oil you should be buying. No this isn’t the one. Definitely don’t recommend it. It has no that coffee smell of the real batana oil and has extra chemical ingredients and makes it runny almost like a liquid oil. I made a mistake buying it.
