Our flagship service. Disconnect from the world and immerse yourself in the peace and tranquility of Kingsville's Balkwill Woods while enjoying a private hydrotherapy cycle at your own pace. 

Our secluded, personal West Woods Nordic Spa experience features:

• A wood-burning Finnish sauna with spacious seating for 4 and wonderful forest views
• An iced fresh water cold plunge
• A heated relaxation/change room with four pine Muskoka chairs and views of the forest. 
• Outdoor relaxation areas for warm weather
• Small firepit
• Two premium XL hammocks for lounging
  
• Large, hooded robes and soft towels are included with your reservation. 
• Outdoor fresh water shower for rinsing off in between sessions (weather permitting, not available when daily average temperature drops below freezing)
• Please note, there is no hot tub on site. 
  

Access to a washroom is located on site.

This booking is for adults only, for a time period of 2.5 hours. Please ensure you vacate the spa at, or before, your end time, out of respect for the guests after you. 

Booking slots open 45 days out. Slots will show unavailable if looking more than 45 days ahead.

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before your booking time. Within 48 hours, bookings cannot be moved or cancelled. For full details, view our terms here. 

Please note, bathing suits are required and are not supplied. This private spa is a 5 minute walk through the woods via a mulched trail. All guests should consult a physician before using a sauna or cold plunge. Liability waiver must be signed during check-in. Please view our FAQ page for more information.
