Summerlong™ Lemon Mexican Giant Hyssop is a perennial plant that form a dense upright mound of dark green foliage that smell like mint.  The long flower stems sporting clear lemon yellow flowers bloom from late spring into fall. This plant prefers full sun and well-drained soil. It's also drought-tolerant, making it a great choice for xeriscaping or low-water gardens.

One of the best things about this plant is that it's a hummingbird magnet! The bright flowers and sweet nectar are irresistible to these tiny birds. Plus, it's also attractive to butterflies and bees, making it a great choice for a pollinator garden.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low maintenance.  Crown and root rot may occur in poorly drained soils.  No serious pests or disease issues but watch for powdery mildew, wilt, and rust.
