Hospital Productions present a reissue of Slogun's The Pleasures of Death, originally released in 1997. From the austere and frightening cover with the name of forgotten killers to the monolithic washes of analog synthesized grit and dust cloud vocals of the id, this legendary album first released as a limited cassette of 100 on the cult Labyrinth Recordings from NYC (one of the all-time great NYC cassette imprints) and then famously reissued to wide distribution via cold meat industry sublabel Death Factory, The Pleasures of Death came to prominence in the minds of the same era of release entertainment and descent magazine and Alchemy Records and Bloodlust. Never has there been such an in-depth, caustic, intelligent and evil exploration of true crime violence. Slogun has managed to take familiar stories, untangle them and create deep profiles that leave the listener with unsettling conclusions that do not provide the answers we are commonly forced to accept. Set against the decline of America, the abstraction of the victim landscape is shattered with the brutal and disturbing lyrics faithfully reprinted. A classic of NYC radical art and true crime electronics. Wide spine sleeve; includes large-format booklet and poster taken from the original cassette version.

Keep your essentials all in one place

Picked this up to declutter my nightstand and it’s honestly been a solid little upgrade.
The layout is super practical, there are 4 compartments and they’re actually sized well, not just random sections. I can fit my keys, wallet, watch, and random small stuff without everything piling on top of each other.
The phone slot is a nice touch too. It’s angled just enough that I can glance at notifications or watch something while it charges. Didn’t even miss having a cable hole like I thought I would.
Build quality feels better than expected. It’s lightweight but still sturdy, and the outside has a clean, modern look. The inside lining is soft, so when you toss your keys or watch in, it doesn’t make that annoying clatter or scratch things up.
Also appreciate the non-slip bottom, it actually stays put when you grab stuff instead of sliding all over the place.
Overall, simple but well thought out. If you’re tired of your everyday carry stuff being scattered everywhere, this does the job nicely. For the price point, this is a great value 👌 👏

Spigen Modern Valet Tray

I'm a big fan of all Spigen products, I needed something to keep my nightstand as tidy as possible and took a chance with this tray, however I was a bit letdown on its quality. The tray has weird indentations on the very edge, I'm not sure if this is intended or if my product was damaged. The tray has nothing crazy going on, other than it has rubbery feet to prevent from sliding around your area. The size and fit are perfectly fine to keep my wallet, keys and headphones organized. I love the look of it, it has a great professional appearance, just a bit sad that it has those aforementioned weird markings on the edge. Tray was simple to use, nothing weird.

Soft Catch Tray

Pros:
1. Soft tray. Has almost a silicon type texture. Won’t scratch items you put in the tray. The segmented sections are the perfect size for wallet, keys, sunglasses, watches, etc. Phone section is slightly angled as well.
2. Rubber feet helps it stay in place and doesn’t slide. I have mine on top of my watch winder and it has moved even when throwing items on it.
3. Build quality is great. Has a textured hard bottom and soft inner. Everything has a nice finish.
4. Price is great for the quality received.
Cons:
1. The silicon inner material is a dust magnet. Makes it difficult to keep clean.
Summary:
This is a great option for an organized tray. I am extremely happy with the quality and functionality of what I received. Spigen is always a great brand.

Quality and affordability

This is one of the best jewelry boxes I have ever had. It is super sleek and practically designed. It sits well on a counter or dresser and blends into the room with ease. The compartments are well designed and lined with velvet that makes your jewelry pieces feel well protected and easily accessed. You are able to organize in a way that works for you. I really liked the quality of the product and though it’s not perfect, it’s worth the price for sure.
